Responsibilities · Aircraft passenger and staff screening onsite. · Performing the roles of Aviation Pre-Screener, X-Ray Scanner Operator, Person Searcher, Tray/ Bag Searcher and Temporary Critical Part Security, interchangeably. · Searching of aircraft. · Documentation checking. · Provision of an effective departmental security presence and service delivery. · Completion of training in line with UK NASP and local requirements. · Attending airfield/site emergencies in accordance with laid down departmental operating procedures. · Utilising recognised reporting procedures as required by the customer. · Compliance with all DfT and airport regulations, whilst ensuring the highest level of customer care. · Any other duties directed by Aviation Security Manager CAT. Essential · Have a full 5-year checkable work history · Valid SIA licence · Born British Citizen or Held British Passport for min 5 years · Competent in MS Word, Excel and E-Mail (Outlook) · Well-developed interpersonal and influencing skills.
