Job Title
A French-speaking Human Resources Generalist is required to lead the HR function for our expanding E-liquid company in Europe.
We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee all aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance with relevant regulations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of French labor laws and regulations, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
* Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
* Coordinate recruitment and hiring processes
* Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
* Analyze and report on HR metrics and trends
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
* Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a multinational environment
* Fluency in French and English
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Salary Range:
£50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience
This salary range is estimated based on industry standards and location in the UK.
