Commercial Property Solicitor, 4+ Years PQE, Reading, £60,000 - £80,000 (DOE) – Are you an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor looking for a new challenge? If so, this could be the opportunity for you. JOB REF: 8831
Responsibilities:
1. Handle a variety of commercial property matters, including sales and purchases, property investment and management, lettings, developments, and property finance.
2. Draft and negotiate leases and all leasehold documents.
3. Negotiate agreements for the sale and purchase of land and investigate title to properties.
4. Identify key issues affecting title and prepare reports to the client.
5. Develop and maintain good client relationships while offering the highest standards of professionalism.
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 4 Years PQE in commercial property matters.
2. Exceptional inter-personal and communication skills.
3. Attention to detail and the ability to work effectively with other teams within the firm.
4. Self-starter with high levels of initiative and motivation.
5. Ability to manage assigned tasks in an assertive, efficient, and timely manner.
