As the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors, the Receptionist plays a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage a variety of tasks in a fast-paced setting. General Responsibilities: Greet and assist students, parents, visitors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner. Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate staff or department. Maintain the school’s reception area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming at all times. Manage attendance records, process visitor sign-ins, and issue visitor badges. Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining school records. Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and school events as needed. Support the administrative team with daily operations and special projects. Handle confidential information with discretion and in accordance with school policies.
