HR Advisor – Permanent Role
We are currently recruiting for a HR Advisor on a permanent basis for a reputable Transport & Logistics Organisation. The successful candidate will join the HR team, reporting to the Head of HR to provide advice and guidance across a range of HR responsibilities, such as performance management, employee relations, recruitment etc. This role will be based in Newtownabbey.

The Role:
* Provide professional HR advice and guidance to managers on all people-related matters
* Handle employee relations cases, including disciplinary and grievance procedures. Attend and support formal meetings acting as a company representative note-taker.
* Manage the probationary review process and support line managers in performance discussions
* Assist in coordinating training and development initiatives
* Assist in development of policies and procedures
The Person:
* CIPD qualification (desirable)
* Strong knowledge and experience of current NI, ROI and UK employment legislation
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong experience with employee relation cases and following policy and procedure during a disciplinary/grievance process.
