They lead a dedicated team of housekeepers, inspiring them to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.Youll help us make health happen by:Always ensuring high standards of cleanliness within our home, youll work closely with the maintenance and management teams to ensure every room is well looked afterLeading by example, you will vacuum, mop floors, polish and generally ensure the up-keep of all communal areas and our residents bedroomsSupervising housekeeping and laundry assistants, youll manage staff rotas, any training that is required and ensure that all housekeeping and domestic items are in stock or replenished accordinglyKey Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:Youll have experience in a housekeeping role, always completing work to high standards and take pride in maintaining an organised environment. With strong communication skills, youll be able to confidently lead and motivate a team to deliver the best service, but youll also be happy working independently, prioritising and delegating tasks amongst your team where necessary.
