The role…
This role will be mainly to support the Payroll Manager in the processing of multiple international payrolls and one UK payroll and to assist with any associated ad-hoc tasks. The role may also include the processing of employee expenses for payment via payroll.
Key responsibilities:
-Processing of multiple monthly and bi-monthly international payrolls using various payroll systems and international payroll providers
-Ensure employees are paid correctly and on time
-Assist in the processing of one UK payroll
-Deal with payroll queries from employees
-Assist the Payroll Manager with ad-hoc administration tasks
-Processing of UK and international employee out of pocket expenses for payment via payroll
Role requirements:
-Minimum of one years’ experience working within a Payroll environment
-Excellent attention to detail
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills
-Ability to work to tight deadlines and complete work to a high standard under pressure
-Confident, adaptable personality with a positive attitude towards change and new challenges
-Experience of working in a large, fast paced business
