In this pivotal role, you will optimize performance management and governance frameworks within our commercial organization. Your expertise in CRM systems, performance reporting, and sales governance will ensure our opportunities meet the highest quality and return standards. The Role: CRM Management: Lead the development and optimization of our CRM system to create a comprehensive view of customers and future opportunities. Enhance data accuracy and reporting through advanced CRM and sales tools. Performance Analysis: Drive the implementation of sales forecasting and reporting processes using Salesforce (SFDC). Provide in-depth analysis of sales performance data, identifying key insights and trends. Pipeline Management: Monitor and manage the sales pipeline and forecast accuracy. Develop and track KPIs to drive sales performance. Governance Cadence: Establish and maintain a robust sales governance cadence, ensuring all submissions meet quality and return standards. Sales Compensation: Collaborate with the Sales Operations Manager to execute the sales compensation plan, including running monthly reports, calculating commissions, and arranging payments. Audits and Assessments: Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to governance standards. Reporting: Prepare and present detailed performance reports to senior management. The Person: Analytical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Power BI for data analysis. Critical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to suggest interventions to improve performance and processes. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior-level sales colleagues. Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, present technical information, and provide training or support. Project Management: Experience managing multiple projects or project tasks and meeting deadlines. Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives. Experience: Proven experience in a sales performance and governance environment, with proficiency in sales operations software (e.g., Salesforce). A degree in Business Management or a related field is preferred.
