About the Role As a Customer Insights Analyst, you will play a key role in driving customer acquisition and engagement through actionable insights. Your responsibilities will include: Developing and presenting data-driven insights to optimise marketing campaigns and customer strategies. Enhancing reporting capabilities using tools like Power BI, MS Fabric, and CRM platforms. Analysing website performance and supporting e-commerce initiatives. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to embed a data-driven approach across the business. Managing customer data platforms (CDPs) and ensuring GDPR compliance. Creating customer profiles and segments to personalise campaigns and improve targeting. About You To succeed in this role, you'll need: A passion for data and a commitment to staying ahead of industry trends. Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like SQL, Python, or similar. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams. A proactive, hands-on approach with a creative flair and commercial mindset. Desirable experience: Proficiency in Bloomreach Engagement (Exponea) or similar CRM platforms. Experience applying machine learning models to solve business challenges. A background in multi-site leisure, retail, or e-commerce industries with exposure to marketing data Why Join Us?
