The Glencoe House Hotel is hiring a Housekeeper/Laundry Assistant to join their team. This is a permanent contract, and you will be working 30 hours a week, Monday through to Sunday, 5 days out of 7.
Acting as a Housekeeper/Laundry Assistant will require you to adhere to all cleanliness and hygiene guidelines while ensuring you pay close attention to detail. Prior experience with the software Stayntouch is preferred, but not required.

This position is based at The Glencoe House Hotel, in Glencoe. Glencoe House, built by Lord Strathcona in 1896, sits majestically overlooking Scotland's most famous Highland landscape. The stunning property has been lovingly restored and contains two distinctive concepts, both of which offer elegant but relaxed and sumptuous suites.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Washing, drying, and folding linen, towels, and other items.
Collecting and delivering linen across hotel divisions.
Assist with linen counts, distribution, storage, etc.
Ensure bedrooms and common areas are maintained to the highest-level of cleanliness and hygiene.
Keep all housekeeping back of house areas tidy and efficiently stocked.
Ensure that all procedures and policies concerning COSHH, and the use of chemicals and cleaning products are practiced at all times.
Follow the hotel's guest relations policy, including politely addressing our guests at all times and ensuring 100% guest satisfaction.
