This would be a great way for someone to pursue a career in property. Location: Ground Floor, 350 Glasgow Harbour Terraces, Glasgow, G11 6EG Main Responsibilities: [you will be:] Becoming the super-user of our internal system SME. Working in a helpdesk environment, becoming the central point of contact for internal colleagues and also clients. Responsible for responding to viewing ticket requests, contacting clients, booking appointments and uploading electronically to the diary management system. Using Signable software package you will be drawing up tenancy documents to send to tenants online and you will be notified once this document has been signed which you will link to the client account on our bespoke database. Uploading new properties and updating our website through their SME professional system. The central point for clients and landlord, receiving phone calls and hosting meetings via Microsoft Teams. Utilising Vouch software for tenants applications. Chasing incoming references and applications to ensure client electronic files are whole and complete. Desired skills and attributes: Proficient with Office 365 – Word, Excel, Outlook. Excellent organisation skills. Customer service experience including telephone calls desirable. Keen and eager to learn Polite manner Salary: £14,000 per annum. Working week: 9am - 5pm,Monday to Friday,35hrs a week.
