We are currently recruiting for a Website Operations Specialist to sit within ou r EU E-Commerce team, based in our London office. You will be reporting into the Site Operations Manager, working closely with our E-Commerce teams at an EU level. This is an opportunity for someone with 2-3 years experience in website management and operations, who is now looking for a fast paced role. This is an opportunity for you to join a Global company where you’ll be responsible for maintaining operational excellence across 17 European sites. In addition, you will ensure that all assigned pages and projects are regularly updated accurately and in-line with UNIQLO’s global creative and messaging guidelines. This role requires ongoing awareness of our trading strategy to best suit our customers onsite experience and to meet our projected sales targets. What you will be responsible for: Coordinating the workflow between E-Commerce Teams (Designers, Copywriting, Trading, Inventory, Merchandisers) coordinating page updates and launches ensuring they are aligned with targeted roll out dates Updating and maintaining assigned pages across Women, Men, Kids & Baby Ensuring all links are directing customers to correct pages and most appropriate Coordinating Homepage, Category pages & PLP touchpoints Coordinating and actioning requests made by trading, marketing leads and other Ecommerce teams Reviewing pages from most critical customer point of view and seek for improvement of findings every week Coordinating Promotions, Collaboration & UT launches from start to finish, liaising with Ecommerce teams for a smooth launch ensuring all touchpoints are thoroughly checked Coordinating regional focused events (NSO, events, promotions) Using data from Data Studio and Google Analytics to strengthen opinions and company direction Skills, Experience and Attributes: 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail/fashion company Experience in using content management system (CMS) Full understanding and awareness of on-site build processes (homepage, category pages and promotion setting) You must be fluent in English and additional languages such as French, German, Italian, Spanish or Dutch are advantageous Computer literate with good knowledge of Excel (in particular v-lookups) Understanding of Front-end management Good knowledge in analysing data using tools such as Google Analytics, Data Studio etc Understanding in HTML (advantage) Team player who effectively collaborates across functions Ability to prioritise own workload to deliver to tight deadlines Proactive and easily adapt to change What we can offer you: 26 days of paid leave per holiday year 8 bank holidays Staff Discount 30% Global Profit Share Scheme Employee Assistance Programme Private Medical Care (optional) Private Pension Scheme (optional) Travel to work loan scheme Hybrid working, 2 days from home, 3 days in the office Social events throughout the year Seasonal Sample Sales Volunteer Day – twice a year Great Location - Close to transport links, underground Piccadilly and Oxford Street stations.
