About the role As our Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our client base, developing strategic relationships, and driving revenue growth. We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and nurture relationships. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about digital marketing, thrives in a sales-driven environment, and enjoys working with senior decision-makers across different industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, digital marketing solutions, and consultative selling, with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets. Requirements Sales & New Business Development: Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and inbound leads. Execute a sales strategy to meet and exceed company growth targets. Engage with key decision-makers (CEOs, CMOs, Marketing Directors, etc.) to present our digital marketing solutions. Presenting and pitching in person as well as virtually. Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to closing deals and onboarding clients. Identify and prioritise high-value verticals and target clients. Working closely with the delivery team to put forward best in class digital strategies. Working closely with the marketing team to optimise lead generation campaigns. Utilising Hubspot CRM extensively for sales pipeline management, lead nurturing and outreach. Attend industry conferences and networking events to meet new clients and keep ahead of the curve. Utilising social selling skills to increase awareness and drive engagement with target audience. Proven ability to leverage an existing network of industry contacts to drive business growth, while actively cultivating and expanding professional relationships. Must be adept at representing the company through a strong online presence and engaging in public speaking opportunities, such as industry events, panels, and networking functions. KPIs : Full sales life cycle engagement (outreach, proposals, pitches, closing) Achieving new business revenue growth targets. Forecasting, sales pipelines and monthly/quarterly/annual reporting. Optimising pitch conversion rates. Requirements : Proven experience in B2B sales and business development, ideally in digital marketing, SaaS or a related field. Expertise in Hubspot CRM or similar. Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, etc). Ability to build strategic partnerships and referral networks. Ability to work independently & as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
