Job Title: EHCP Writer

Key Responsibilities:
Write comprehensive, legally compliant EHCP reports based on assessments and multi-agency input.
Liaise with schools, local authorities, healthcare professionals, and families to gather relevant information.
Ensure all EHCPs are accurate, detailed, and completed within statutory deadlines.
Interpret specialist reports, educational data, and professional recommendations to inform EHCP content.
Maintain a high standard of written communication, ensuring plans are accessible and clearly structured.Requirements:
Experience in EHCP writing or working within an SEND team.
Strong knowledge of SEND legislation, including the Children and Families Act 2014 and the SEND Code of Practice.
Excellent report-writing and organisational skills, with the ability to meet statutory deadlines.
Experience working within local authorities, educational settings, or healthcare environments.
Right to work in the UK.
Must have, or be willing to undertake, an Enhanced DBS check.Desired Qualifications & Experience:
Background in SEND education, speech and language therapy, educational psychology, or social work is highly desirable.
