Assisting customers in general requests, giving them information about the order status, invoices, and tracking information. Provide customer quotations for spare parts and processing orders. Obtain pricing information from suppliers and initiate PO’s to suppliers. Process shipments as needed. Create and maintain new Part Numbers. Data entry for monthly reporting, billings and timesheets. Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies. Other duties as necessary 5-10 years customer service experience required Intermediate to advanced MS office skills Knolwedge of international purchasing, sales and logistics processes SAP experience required Background in manufacuting or equipment preferred Familiarity with CRM systems and practices Knowledge of Import/Export regulations required Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team focused environment Ability to multi-task, priortize, and manage time effectively Keen analytical skills, reporting development and trend analysis Ability to respond positively and decisively to adverse situations, complicated isseus, and/or irate customers Attention to detail Modern office building and equipment Versatile development opportunities Exciting and fast-paced company
