Technical helpdesk, working with a close-knit team of professionals providing a support for customers with sophisticated alarm systems. Key Role Functions
1. Technical Support - Provide a highly responsive level of technical support on our systems via any media for customers, gathering information, troubleshooting and resolving issues via phone and online tools.
2. Product Repairs and Upgrades - Fault diagnosis, repair and programming all display based computers and products.
3. Assist with implementation and maintenance of hardware, software and peripherals.
4. System Configuration - Configuring Nurse Call systems and products efficiently and accurately according to specifications prior to despatch to customers.
