The CEG Servicing team services all CEG programs & offerings globally. This includes Compensation, Benefits, Retirement, Long term Investments (LTIA), Leave of Absence (LOA), Recruitment, Learning and Payroll Operations. This is an exciting time to join a team that is developing new strategies, implementing new processes, and building new partnerships across the Blue Box to bring greater value to our Third-Party Governance Program. The Strategic Vendor Management (SVM) team is a central team dedicated to ensuring CEG's third party management processes meet/exceed compliance and operational risk requirements. The program covers over 800 third parties globally that CEG engages with to offer colleague programs and benefits. The Manager, Strategic Vendor Management (SVM) will support key partners in Compliance, Information Security, Operational Risk, as well as supporting the development of the strategic direction for CEG to meet compliance and regulatory requirements within the TLM Program. This role will report into the Director, SVM team. Responsibilities include : - Drive the strategic direction and implementation for CEG's Third Party Program and associated controls. - Lead third party oversight activities to ensure successful metric results within the Third Party Lifecycle Management Program. - Seek opportunities to streamline and automate controls globally - Lead identification of opportunities to improve internal controls, compliance, risk, and regulatory adherence. - Lead a team of analysts to execute on standard operating procedures and oversight governance for third party relationships - Knowledge of the E2E TLM program including GSM engagement, process flow of TLM action items, downstream impacts and Due Diligence requirement knowledge.Must also keep a high-level understanding of the vendors and services to ensure accurate risk ratings are established Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess the following: - Significant amount of demonstrable project management/program management experience with proven ability to drive results through cross functional collaboration - Deep understanding of the Third Party Lifecycle Management process and requirements - Ability to review significant amount of data and prioritize based on limited information - Expertise in end-to-end process mapping/testing skills, with ability to identify potential business, compliance, and/or process gaps - Ability to collect, analyze and manage performance metrics effectively in order to drive business strategy and report results - Must be competent in all Excel functionality, proficient in PowerPoint, Word - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Ability to attend occasional meetings outside of normal working hours, as required of global roles - Adaptable and comfortable working under ambiguous and/or changing circumstances Qualifications We back our colleagues and their loved ones with benefits and programs that support their holistic well-being.
