My client is a large retailer based in Redditch who are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Administrator to join their team at a busy period. You will be responsible for supporting candidates through the entire onboarding process.
Recruitment Administrator
Temporary – ongoing (3 months minimum)
£11.44 per hour
Monday – Friday / 8:45am-5pm
Responsibilities
1. Processing Compliance Checks.
2. Arranging inductions / Start dates with stakeholders and candidates.
3. Issuing contracts through ATS.
4. Supporting candidates through the onboarding process.
5. Diary Management.
6. Ensuring correct information is advertised.
7. Completing offers.
8. Updating and maintaining internal records for training.
9. New Hire and Internal Transfer administration.
Skills Required
1. Organization Skills
2. Diary Management
3. Excel Experience
4. Customer Service / telephone experience
5. Attention to detail.
6. Previous Office Experience (preferred)
7. Administration background (preferred)
8. Team Player
