Macgregor Black are partnering with a growing consumer brand on the search for a National Account Manager. This is a permanent role based in South of England.
As the National Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving growth and strengthening relationships with major grocery/retail partners. You’ll have the chance to work for a rapidly expanding brand, offering exciting opportunities for career development and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and develop relationships with key national retail accounts.
* Create and execute tailored account strategies to drive growth and exceed sales targets.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on product launches, promotions, and marketing activities.
* Analyse account performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement strategic plans.
* Negotiate terms and agreements with retail partners to maximise profitability.
* Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to ensure the company maintains its competitive edge.
What are we looking for?
* Proven experience in account management or sales within the consumer goods or FMCG industry.
* Experience opening new grocery channels.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
