Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Fort Augustus. The Hotel Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing communication between departments, and providing exceptional customer service.
As a food destination, a strong interest in food and beverage is essential. An understanding of community is important as well as a love for the great outdoors.
