Responsibilities of this job role To provide dietetic advice and specialist clinical skills to home enterally fed (HEF) paediatric patients, with a range of conditions in the primary care setting. This includes the assessment and treatment of patient and education and will involve working independently and as part of a dietetic team. Being an integral member of the MDT to provide a flexible, prioritised service based on clinical need is also a key element of the job. To be successful in applying for this role you will need: HCPC registered. BSc (Hons) Nutrition / Dietetics degree or post graduate diploma or equivalent. UK Driving License/Use of a car for work essential. Previous paediatric experience at B5/B6 level in current role or clinical placements. Knowledge of Enteral Feeding/Nutritional Support (PEG, NG & PEG/J feeds) and usage of specialist paediatric feeds. In addition to experience, all Qualified roles will be required to provide evidence of Relevant Qualifications Registration with the relevant Registration Body if applicable.
