Commercial Equipment Strategy Manager Part Time (2.5-3 days a week) About Your Role A key business growth role responsible for the delivery of the annual equipment targets for Coca-Cola Dispensed machines, refridgerators and vending machines to drive volume, profit and market share. Collaborate with our sale s teams and the Cold Drinks Operations team to manage risks, opportunities and challenges. Respond with speed and agility to new business requests and requirements. Develop a deep understanding of equipment requirements across different customers and environments, identifying future innovation needs to drive sales and deliver against our long range plans. Lead the periodic forecast routines, engaging with key internal stakeholders driving accuracy. Delivery of the monthly reporting suite for the Commercial Leadership teams. Offer advice and guidance on the equipment portfolio to sales teams, identifying any gaps and making recommendations for new equipment where required. Support the Annual Business Plan (ABP) process and any other equipment projects as requested An opportunity to work on new and exciting platforms as equipment innovation is introduced to CCEP LET’S TALK ABOUT YOU We are seeking a curious, proactive and analytical Equipment Strategy Manager with a passion for growth, an interest in the shopper of the future and the ability to identify future market needs. In this role, you will work closely with the other members of the equipment strategy team, internal sales teams, and the Cold Drinks Operations team. You will need to be comfortable challenging and influencing others regardless of level driving financial accuracy through our forecasted purchase plans. Highly analytical, through periodic reporting you will need to provide clear insight and direction based on current performance and the future forecast to ensure the annual plan is delivered. This will require understanding our customer needs and working with internal stakeholders to formulate accurate and deliverable plans. You will also lead the process for the our annual business planning with our sales teams. To be successful, you will ideally have: FMCG commercial experience. Previous experience of managing a wide and varied group of internal stakeholders MS Office Suite Skills, especially Excel (including pivot tables, charts etc), Powerpoint Power BI (optional) Understanding of the external commercial environment Understanding of finance processes and return on investment.
