Job Advert Role Description
Priory Hospital Ticehurst House is set within 48 acres of beautiful landscaped gardens, in a small and tranquil village in East Sussex. Our calm and reflective location allows us to provide a highly therapeutic environment, making us the perfect place for individuals to start their road to recovery. We can provide fast access to expert treatment for a range of mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety and stress, as well as outpatient support for addictions. Our closest inpatient eating disorder service is at Life Works. We provide residential treatment at Highlands and flexible private outpatient appointments at the Lodge Therapy Centre.
The role: We are seeking 2 highly motivated and experienced BABCP Accredited Therapists.
You will be working across Highlands Private Acute and Outpatient day care, and will be required to identify and deliver appropriate and relevant treatments and interventions to people with varying mental health needs within a hospital setting.
An experienced Therapist, clinical or counselling psychologist, you will have at least one years’ experience of delivering CBT to clients with a variety of mental health needs. A great opportunity to facilitate CBT groups whilst also treating patients on a 1:1 basis. Experience of working with depression, anxiety and PTSD is also desirable. An accredited CBT or DBT therapist would be advantageous.
