About the role
We are excited to offer an opportunity to join our People Leadership Team as a Colleague Experience Manager. This role focuses on People Communications, Colleague Listening, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), aiming to foster an engaging and inclusive culture that enhances colleague experience.
Location is flexible but requires weekly presence at Equity House.
You will be responsible for
* Providing insights and guidance on People communications to support cultural transformation and colleague engagement.
* Managing People communications, the comms calendar, and liaising with the broader Communications team.
* Developing core People narratives for communications, reports, and key documents.
* Listening to colleagues to understand their needs and feedback, and ensuring their voice is reflected in communications.
* Project managing formal colleague listening mechanisms, such as the EVM and Colleague Contribution Panel.
* Collaborating with the Booker Exec, Colleague Networks, and Tesco Group DEI POE to determine and deliver the DEI strategy.
* Driving DEI initiatives aligned with business goals.
* Guiding Colleague Network leadership and overseeing network operations and budgets.
* Working with Group PoEs to enhance colleague experience by adopting best practices from Tesco.
