Broker Claims Handlers Leeds & Surrounding Areas Salaries - up to £40K Varied - Office/Hybrid working We are currently working with several Insurance Brokers who are looking for Commercial Claims Handlers, handling a variety of commercial claims including but not limited to, Property, Casualty and Motor Fleet losses. Commercial Claims Handler Duties Variety - engage with a diverse range of commercial clients. Client Interaction - direct involvement in client communication, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. Negotiation - Work closely with insurers to negotiate favourable outcomes for clients. Collaboration - liaise with internal colleagues and other third-party suppliers to facilitate the claims process. Empowerment - think independently and take initiative to achieve the best results for clients. Your skills & experience A proven track record in handling commercial losses, ideally across Property and Casualty risks of various complexities. Client-Focused - strong ability to interact with clients, understand their needs, and provide exceptional service.
