The Role Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Office | Business Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This is a broad and varied role, overseeing key business functions, including finance, HR, and office management across both UK and US operations. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who enjoys taking initiative and has the ability to shape and refine business processes in a rapidly growing fintech company. Key Responsibilities Overseeing budgets and ensuring the financial sustainability of the business. Managing policies, administration, and insurances for UK and US operations. Ensuring efficient office management across multiple locations. Supporting the recruitment, retention, and development of top talent. Working closely with line managers to set objectives, ensuring team performance and accountability. Promoting a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture. Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. Collaborating with the Compliance Manager to identify and mitigate risks. What We’re Looking For Essential: Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within analytics or financial services. Strong business acumen and financial management skills. Experience in HR and office administration. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a proactive approach. Desirable: Familiarity with data analytics and technology-driven solutions. Degree in Business Administration, Analytics, or a related field. Experience working with international teams or in a global market. Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills.
