As our Senior Technical Delivery Lead, you’ll guide technical project teams through high-impact initiatives, maximize ROI for transformational change, and elevate our project management function. If you're ready to shape the future of our business and make a lasting impact, we would love to hear from you What you'll be doing: Project Leadership Client Accounting & Property Management solution, including monitoring progress, overseeing finance, and ensuring project quality. Supporting strategic decisions and providing leadership and direction to technical project managers/teams to implement those decisions. Oversee and coordinate project resources - with a defined scope, start and completion point. Ensure project documentation is created, updated, and controlled appropriately. Manage risk, monitor finances, and ensure each phase of work is started or completed on time. Programme Leadership Coordinate technical teams to ensure that work is completed on time and within budget, to a high standard, and in line with stakeholder expectations. Provide accurate and timely reporting of the programme roadmap status to stakeholder teams throughout its life cycle. Alongside the Head of Technology and Innovation, ensure the programme is aligned with overall strategic goals and objectives of the firm and, if not, coordinate and revise plans to make them so. Change Leadership Advocate for change throughout the firm, including coaching key stakeholders on the importance of managing change effectively. Meet with stakeholders, project managers and project teams to understand project requirements and acceptance criteria and report on project progress. Liaise with senior stakeholders and build strong working relationships. Act as a trusted Business Partner to Bidwells Leadership and peers. About you: Essential Recent experience of delivering a transformation programme within a Property Management Firm. Numerous years of experience in a technical leadership position managing a transformation programme. Experience implementing enterprise level software solutions. Excellent interpersonal, management and communication skills. Experience managing, designing, implementing, and evaluating multiple projects. Experience in budget control, and apportioning funds.
