What you'll be doing:
As our National Health and Safety Manager, you'll be responsible for managing and maintaining our health and safety compliance and culture across all Engineering, Facility & IT Floor Management operations across multiple data centres.
This includes ensuring the implementation of policies, procedures, training, and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all employees, contractors, and visitors.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in health and safety management in Facilities, Engineering Services (Maintenance & Projects), or technical critical environments, and will drive a proactive safety culture.
We want to hear from you if you:
* Have proven experience in a health and safety management role, preferably within data centres, engineering, or construction, with a Health and Safety qualification ideally NEBOSH.
* Have a good understanding of UK health and safety regulations, particularly relating to engineering and technical environments.
* Have experience managing health and safety across multiple sites.
* Possess excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
* Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Have good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
