Key Responsibilities: Office Administration: Manage day-to-day office operations, including facility management, office supplies procurement, and vendor relationships. HR Support: Assist with onboarding new employees, coordinating training sessions, and maintaining personnel records. Event Coordination: Plan and execute internal events, meetings, and team-building activities. Budget Management: Monitor office budgets, handle expense tracking, and liaise with finance to ensure timely processing of invoices and reimbursements. Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure the office complies with health and safety regulations, acting as the point of contact for any related audits or requirements. Team Support: Provide administrative support to senior management and team members, including travel arrangements, scheduling, and correspondence. Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role In Biotech or Pharmaceutical Comapnies. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Familiarity with HR and accounting software is a plus.
