As a Hotel Receptionist at RAF Brize Norton, you'll be passionate about inter-communication and have our customers and their safety at heart of everything you do. Our admin colleagues run an efficient service for our clients.
What you’ll do:
* Take relevant calls from passengers and personnel wishing to book accommodation.
* Dealing with delayed passengers and passengers flying out of Brize Norton, checking passengers in and out.
* General administration tasks, such as relevant paperwork.
* Working with booking systems online, responding to emails and enquiries, basic computer work.
* Support the management team closely; you'll be a vital part of the team, be flexible, and support the team with any projects or tasks they require.
* Preparing, organising, and storing information in paper and/or digital form.
* Liaising with other departments on site.
* Ensuring cleaning schedules are met.
* Ensuring entitled delayed passengers are catered for.
What you bring:
* Excellent team ethos and superb communication skills.
* Ability to prioritize tasks and remain calm under pressure.
* Previous experience in a similar role is a bonus, but a can-do attitude and complete customer focus will tick the box.
* Champion of health & safety practices.
