The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including administrative support, facilities management, and office supplies. Coordinate and oversee office services, such as reception, mail, and document management. Assist with HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Manage office budgets and expenses. Organise and coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements. Implement and maintain office policies and procedures. Liaise with external vendors and service providers. Qualifications: Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role. Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in office software Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures is a plus.
