Job requirements
1. Be the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, answering queries by phone, in person, and electronically.
2. Process referrals and use risk assessment tools to determine suitability for their services.
3. Organize meetings and rotas, take notes, prepare agendas, and order resources as needed.
4. Help the team by collecting data, doing research, and creating reports for service development and commissioner updates.
5. Ensure confidentiality by following GDPR and MOPI standards, securely sharing info and maintaining customer records.
