Shape the company's talent agenda as a Talent Development Manager within the Centre of Excellence (COE).
Collaborating with the Talent Development Business Partner, design and deliver development programs addressing business needs.
Devising strategic interventions to drive talent development across the organisation. Ensuring the company's talent strategy aligns with overall business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop the Centre of Excellence (COE) for Talent with solid processes and practices.
• Design and develop talent campaigns.
• Partner with the People & Culture business partnering team to deploy and embed talent solutions.
• Plan and own the annual and mid-term appraisal process.
• Conduct one to one career & development conversations and delivery of Korn Ferry assessment feedback.
• Track progress and impact of internal talent programmes.
• Design and deliver talent campaigns.
• Make recommendations for impactful talent interventions.
• Establish effective working relationships with key internal stakeholders and the global talent community.
• Deliver and facilitate talent upskilling and best practice workshops.
