Position Statement: As a Housekeeping Team Member you will for an integral and key part of the Portrush Adelphi Team. Reporting into the Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for: Cleaning and servicing bedroom, public and ancillary areas in accordance with our exceptional standards and procedures Reporting any defects in the fixtures and fittings Ensuring all equipment and materials are used in the correct manner and any problems reported immediately Working effectively with colleagues and together as part of a team Being knowledgeable about the facilities and services within the hotel Ensuring that guest concerns are dealt with courteously and efficiently, reporting them to the Manager Maintaining the security of bedrooms and stock at all times Dealing with lost property in accordance with company procedures Complying with all health, safety and hygiene policies and procedures Opportunities available for full time, part time and on a casual/seasonal basis to suit work/life balance.
