The Head of Brand Partnerships at Jellycat will be responsible for assessing and managing brand collaboration opportunities, ensuring they align with Jellycat’s brand values and reinforce its luxury positioning. This newly created role will establish a strategic framework for evaluating partnership requests, securing high-impact collaborations, and driving brand growth through meaningful alliances. The successful candidate will also oversee the end-to-end execution of partnership projects, from concept development to product launch, working closely with Product, Design, and PR teams to bring co-branded collaborations to market successfully.
Youll be;
* Developing and implementing a brand partnership strategy that aligns with Jellycat’s luxury positioning and long-term business objectives.
* Assessing and filter partnership requests, ensuring only those that uphold Jellycat’s brand integrity and values are pursued.
* Identifying, negotiating, and managing high-profile brand collaborations that enhance brand perception and expand market reach.
* Project managing partnership collaborations, overseeing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder coordination to ensure seamless execution.
* Working closely with Product and Design teams to brief in co-branded products, ensuring brand synergy and overseeing their development through to market launch.
* Partnering with Marketing and Sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies for collaboration projects, ensuring alignment with Jellycat’s brand messaging and commercial objectives.
* Collaborating with global PR teams to create compelling storytelling around brand partnerships, securing high-impact media coverage and amplifying the collaborations.
* Overseeing the execution and delivery of partnership campaigns, ensuring consistency in brand messaging, product presentation, and retail execution.
* Monitoring market trends, competitor collaborations, and emerging opportunities to keep Jellycat at the forefront of strategic partnerships.

Knowledge & Experience
* A proven experience in a senior brand partnerships, strategic collaborations, or luxury marketing role, ideally within a luxury or premium brand.
* A strong understanding of brand alignment, luxury market positioning, and consumer expectations.
* Experience in co-branded product development, from briefing design teams to overseeing product launches.
* A track record of successfully identifying and executing high-profile brand collaborations.
* An expertise in PR and media relations, with experience in briefing global PR teams and securing high-profile coverage for brand collaborations.
* Deep knowledge of global brand trends, luxury retail, and high-end consumer behaviour.
