A well-established Somerset law firm is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team. The firm offers a range of legal services, focusing on delivering high-quality advice and support across various sectors. What?
As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will handle a diverse caseload encompassing a wide range of commercial property matters. This includes managing the sale and acquisition of commercial properties, negotiating and renewing leases, and addressing various landlord and tenant issues. You will also be involved in secured lending and development work, offering expert advice to clients such as developers, investors, and business owners. Working closely with a varied client base, you will deliver practical and commercially sound solutions tailored to meet their unique requirements.
You
You will actively engage in business development, building relationships with estate agents, referrers, and existing clients to grow the firm’s client base. You will identify cross-selling opportunities while ensuring client and practice documentation remains secure and confidential. The role requires managing files in line with firm procedures, Solicitors Accounts Rules, AML regulations, and Lexcel standards.
