If so, you might be the perfect fit for our Service Delivery Coordinator position As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for: Processing and maintaining customer information, orders, quotes, and quality notifications in SAP ERP system for various rail service streams Communicating proactively and effectively with customers and internal departments through email, phone, and meetings to ensure timely and accurate service delivery Using CRM system to record and manage customer contacts, issues, projects, complaints, and tasks Updating shared data in KBRS collaboration areas Minuting inter-departmental and customer meetings Identifying and resolving risks to on-time delivery and escalating them when necessary Achieving or supporting the achievement of service delivery KPIs and customer performance KPIs To be successful in this role, you should have: Level / GSCE level education Experience in customer service, order processing, purchasing, sales, or account management in a manufacturing or multi-channel reseller industry Experience in using MRP system (SAP preferred) and CRM system Experience in building rapport with key customer contacts and advocating for their needs Experience in recognising and responding to customer complaints Strong data entry, numeracy, and MS Office skills Hours: Flexi hours of 37.5 per week with an early finish on Fridays Location: Melksham, SN12.
