Data Administrator - New year start!
Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for data management, project coordination, seeing through processes and delivering exceptional service? Our client is looking for a Data Administrator to join their team on a temp to perm basis. - This role is to start in the New Year.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Management:
* Scrutinise and transfer company data, records, processes, and systems to ensure accuracy and alignment with organisational goals.
* Develop and adapt transferred information to meet the specific needs.
Collaboration and Coordination:
* Work closely with contractors and service providers to manage the acquisition and export of critical data.
* Foster strong relationships with external partners to facilitate seamless collaboration.
Project Support:
* Assist in the development of project plans, monitoring progress, and reporting against key milestones.
* Support the variation, novation, or development of agreements and contracts.
Documentation and Updates:
* Maintain and update systems with all relevant information pertaining to company procedures, processes, and policies.
* Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible for relevant stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate will need the following
Technical Expertise:
* Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
* Experience in data analytics and the ability to generate insightful reports.
Project Management Skills:
* Strong organisational skills, particularly in planning and project environments.
* A methodical approach to managing workloads and meeting deadlines.
Knowledge and Mindset:
* Familiarity with utility operations (highly desirable but not essential).
* A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external teams.
Personal Attributes:
* A proactive, "can-do" attitude with a passion for problem-solving and delivering results.
* Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
* A strong sense of accountability and the ability to communicate realistic time lines.
Working hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-17:00pm (Can be flexible)
Pay Rate: 14.90p/h (Weekly Pay)
