n:This is a development and client support role that will be tailored to the individua
l.The purpose of the role is to support the day-to-day running of a major brand key account ensuring great customer service is provided and service excellence is delivered. The candidate would be expected to be a quick learner, challenge the effectiveness of business processes which underpin performance, contribute to continuous improvement projects, participate in customer meetings, respond to customer queries and drive value for TVS and performance for the clien

* nt.Support the wider TVS SCS team to ensure contract performance KPI’s and inspirational service is delive
* redWork with the relevant stakeholders to ensure contracted profit and revenue targets are achie
* vedIdentify and suggest continuous improvement ideas and cost-down opportunities to the cli
* entTo support the customer and TVS SCS in reviewing the effectiveness of KPI’s and performance measurement of the contra
* ctsSupport the customer in preparing and delivering monthly & quarterly client meeti
* ngsSuggest flexible & innovative solutions to the client’s operational iss
* uesBuild and maintain relationships with all key internal stakeholders within TVS
* SCSIdentify growth opportunities and solutions for both the Client and TVS
