The People Coordinator is responsible for managing various administrative tasks related to employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and offboarding. This position is also responsible for ensuring compliance with our accreditations: Investors In People and ISO. 2. Be given opportunities to explore the various areas of HR: from recruitment to employee relations and HR strategies.
3. Work with HR teams outside of the UK (specifically, teams in the US, India, and Australia) and get to know how HR is approached in different cultures.
4. Shadow the People Partner when difficult conversations need to happen and be trained to handle these on your own.
5. Work to gain experience towards the People Advisor level in the next 18-24 months.
