If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy building strong relationships while ensuring financial accuracy, this could be the perfect role for you Key Responsibilities: Deliver a high standard of service to both the business and suppliers, maintaining strong relationships. Take ownership of Aged Debt, ensuring invoices are paid in a timely manner. Process weekly payment runs accurately and efficiently. Reconcile supplier statements, accounts, and balance sheets. Adhere to existing controls and policies while identifying areas for process improvement. Support senior management with ad-hoc projects as required. What We’re Looking For: Prior experience in Accounts Payable. Experience working with Purchase Order systems. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Proficiency in payment run processes. Strong Microsoft Excel & Word skills. Excellent communication skills. Knowledge of banking and cashiering systems. Desirable Experience & Skills: Previous experience within a Purchase Ledger role. Understanding of KPI metrics and reporting. Sage Intacct experience. General understanding of the insurance industry.
