To provide and deliver a high standard of administrative support to the Nuclear Medicine department using a range of processes and procedures including: Provide support for maintaining records for the Nuclear Medicine document control and Quality Management System (QMS), iPassport Monitor the QMS status and participate in related meetings Provide administrative support for NM appointments and liaise with referring clinicians regarding outpatient appointment scheduling when required Be proficient in the use of Trust software such as CERNER, CRIS, PACS etc Be proficient in the use of email, internet, Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and in-house apps Provide administrative support for monthly key performance indicators (KPI`s) Provide administrative support for monthly invoicing when required Coordinate and arrange a variety of meetings, including MDTs and educational meetings for the Nuclear Medicine and Consultant team in the absence of the post-holder Provide administrative and secretarial support in absence of post holder to the Nuclear Medicine clinicians Deal with a range of enquiries from staff and patients and taking appropriate action when required Assist in scheduling of service visits by engineers and other external contractors when required This is a great opportunity for you to be part of an exciting time within the NHS so, if you think you have the skills, ability and enthusiasm to join our team, please do not hesitate to call us to discuss the role in more detail and / or arrange an informal visit.
