Summary: The Project Manager in the Information & Communication tech industry will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing complex IT projects within the established scope, time, and budget. They will define project goals, identify potential risks, manage project budgets and resources, collaborate with stakeholders, track project performance metrics, and facilitate project meetings. The Project Manager will also maintain accurate project documentation, manage conflicts and escalations, drive continuous improvement initiatives, ensure compliance with company policies and regulations, and provide leadership and mentorship to the project team. Responsibilities: Plan and execute complex IT projects within established scope, time, and budget Define project goals, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project success Track project performance metrics and communicate progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders Facilitate project meetings and communications to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables Maintain accurate project documentation Manage and resolve conflicts and escalations Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project management processes and methodologies Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Provide leadership, mentorship, and coaching to the project team Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field 5 years of experience in project management in the Information & Communication tech industry Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Experience managing budgets, schedules, and resources Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders PMP certification preferred.
