We are seeking a creative-thinking Support Worker for 37 hours per week to lead our range of sessions in our Herne Bay Day Resource Service which include life skills, cooking, sports, up-cycling, music, drama, leisure and social activities. We want you to support and enable our clients using your experience and skills and, most of all, your passion. Support Worker Requirements: Our ideal candidate will demonstrate an empowering and friendly attitude and ideally possess previous experience of working in a similar setting with adults with learning disabilities. However, we will also consider applications from people with a positive attitude and transferable skills. Fully funded apprenticeships are available to support you to gain Level 2 in Health and Social Care if needed.
