The Role:
A hybrid role combining copy excellence and strategic leadership, you'll take the lead across two key areas:
Strategy & Content Development
* Help shape communication and marketing strategies for pharma and biotech clients
* Build insight-driven, omnichannel content plans
* Contribute to creative briefs, tactical plans, proposals and pitches
* Develop standout creative concepts and scientifically robust copy
Team Leadership & Quality Control
* Mentor and support a growing team of writers
* Ensure creative output meets scientific, creative and compliance standards
* Oversee content quality from first draft to final approval
* Champion the agency’s belief in making healthcare communication simple and powerful
About You:
* Experienced medical copywriter with a flair for strategy
* BSc or higher in a life sciences subject (essential)
* Proven experience in a healthcare communications agency
* Able to balance creative storytelling with scientific accuracy
* Confident, collaborative and proactive – a natural team player and leader
* A strong communicator who can guide, influence and simplify complex ideas
