We are recruiting for an RVN Team Leader - Multidisciplinary (Maternity cover), this will be a fixed term role. Your role and responsibilities As an experienced veterinary nurse in a Team Leader role, you will be critical to the provision and leadership of high standards of client and patient care, this will include strategic and operational leadership across the practice, direct and indirect line management responsibilities, and a nursing voice contributing to site level conversations. In this role you will be a key member of the nurse leadership team, working collaboratively with the Head of Nursing Services, Clinical Director, Hospital Director, Team Leaders, Heads of Service, and clinical teams to passionately deliver quality patient care, an unrivalled client experience through teamwork, clear communication and utilisation of your knowledge and skills. Our current nursing team consists of 16 dedicated PCA’s and 43 outstanding RVN’s, many of whom hold advanced qualifications, including 4 VTS holders in – Medicine, Anaesthesia, ECC and Oncology.
