The Customer Care Specialist is responsible for interacting with clients based in the Spain & Portugal region by phone or email to identify their needs and determine appropriate actions or escalate for further review.
This position reports to the Team Leader Customer Care and is part of the Customer Care team located in Nanterre and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
* Interact with clients based in the Iberia region by phone or email to identify their needs and determine appropriate actions or escalate for further review.
* Provide quotes, process sales orders, document customer complaints, and respond to customer service needs, including shipping, billing, and warranty questions.
* Respond to basic product inquiries.
* Provide internal training on non-technical customer support.
* Enter, record, and manage purchase orders for equipment or accessories (including returns, exchanges).
* Verify sales representatives' quotes with customers' purchase orders (PO).
* Verify the terms of the order contract (tenders...). Track the progress of orders.
* Monitor deliveries/installations of shipments.
* Invoice customers once the system is delivered or installed.
* Ensure after-sales follow-up, including defective items upon delivery.
* Update prices according to groupings and tenders.
* Manage and track supply contracts (special prices, equipment maintenance).
* Perform an initial filter of customer questions by acting as the interface between production plants based in Europe, Singapore, the United States, Australia, sales representatives, and technicians.
The essential requirements for the position include:
* Taste for customer care and customer relations
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, SAP
* Fluency in English and Spanish, an intermediate level in French is required
* Speaking Portuguese would be appreciated
* Ability to prioritize and work during peak times
* Working onsite in Nanterre 5 days a week
It would be a plus if you also have prior experience:
* 2 years of experience in a similar position.
