My client is a major player within the Fit Out and Refurbishment market. They are a cash-rich, robust business who were established 30 years ago and are based in the heart of London.
Typically, their projects are in 'zone 1', ranging from CAT B fit outs for blue-chip businesses and challenging Cut & Carve projects up to £150M.
Their London turnover sits around £350M and they have lots of big jobs in the pipeline.
