We are looking to appoint two motivated and experienced Teaching Assistants with 1:1 experience working with children who have a high level of need. It is important to have experience working with children who have challenging behaviour and the knowledge and skills required to coregulate, as well as de-escalate challenging situations. You will: work as part of a team to primarily provide personal and learning support to an individual may also be required to work with groups of pupils to enable them to achieve to the best of their ability. be an enthusiastic and dynamic individual be flexible, reliable and enthusiastic be committed to developing effective working relationships with children, parents/carers, staff and other professionals, to enable the very best support for pupils’ learning and development, whilst promoting excellent behaviour and high standards. We do require all applicants to have English language proficiency at a minimum of IELTS band 6.0 with no component score below 5.5 as well as English and Maths GCSE Grade 5 or above.
