Registered Care Home Manager - Adult Residential
Location: Worcester
Salary: GBP42,000
Bonus: 21% Annual Bonus
Bethany Lodge is a residential service that supports up to 7 people with Learning Disabilities, Autism and/or Asperger's Syndrome. We are looking for a Care Home Manager who is:
1. Experienced as a Registered Care Home Manager
2. Committed to supporting people to live lifestyles of their choosing
3. Has broad experience of managing people, service, and quality within Mental Health and Learning Disabilities
4. Demonstrates positive values
5. Able to promote and maintain independence, choice, and respect
6. Holds a QCF 5 in Health and Social Care or be willing to work towards
7. Excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiative
8. Good awareness of CQC legislation, updates, changes, and best practice
